Provider Network Solutions (PNS), a well-positioned Value-Based Specialty organization was established in Florida in 1998. Over the past 25 years, PNS has evolved into a leading force in healthcare management, overseeing 3.1 million lives and fostering connections between payors and over 1,900 Specialty Medical Providers in fields such as Dermatology, Podiatry, Orthopedics, and Pain Management.

Covering diverse lines of business, including Medicare, Medicaid, Long Term Care, Healthy Kids, Commercial, and Marketplace products, PNS has consistently achieved remarkable results with over 97% Provider and Health Plan retention.
In 2018, PNS of Puerto Rico was established, quickly emerging as a leading healthcare services administrator, managing 37,500 Medicare lives, 10,400 Medicaid lives, and a robust network of 335 Primary Care Providers, with over 10,000 points of access.
In Puerto Rico, our mission is far more extensive than managing lives, we strive to provide 5-star solutions and empower individuals to make informed decisions about their health. Our network providers strictly adhere to CMS specialty-specific best practice guidelines; our providers lead patients through a journey of optimal treatment, enhanced care delivery, and improved overall health outcomes. We actively support our Health Plan partners through educational literature, promotional campaigns, initiatives, and Disease Management Programs.
In 2023, executing on the PNS legacy of making a mark of excellence in the healthcare landscape of the US, PNS expanded to Houston, Texas, leveraging the professional acumen and expertise of all our key executives to launch Provider Network Solutions of Texas. Our Texas entity is positioned to deliver unparalleled proficiency and proven strategies in cost containment, risk mitigation, and quality management to our esteemed partners.
